Adult Fast Track Language Courses: You cannot believe that you can complete a whole level in 4-6 hours.This program is only offered in the summer allowing you a unique opportunity to jump in with both feet and say "this summer I can really move forward on my Spanish". We offer levels 1 and 2 and for this summer only, level 3. Blast through the language barrier and do it in 4 hours for the first levels-4 hours! That's value and time-savings. See the schedule below.

We also offer you this opportunity in Chinese, Japanese and Italian. For more advanced French students we offer a Grammar through Conversation class. Brush up, beef up and let loose with all your skills! Phone the office or email to get the schedule sent directly to you!
Salsa, Samba and More Dance Class - So hot and so fun!
Fridays this summer will be the most fun you've had in a long time. Milena is our Colombian instructor who can show you the ropes to fun and easy salsa moves. You don't need a partner this is about pure enjoyment and moving.
Enroll for the dance class and you can join us for FREE wine and refreshments just before class.
Got kids? So do we, bring them and they will be in the room next door playing and having a great time themselves. There's no reason why the family should stay in on Friday nights, LEXNC has it all!
Cooking Class
LEXNC cooking classes are like nothing else, actually, they are a cultural workshop revolved around food. So fun and so tasty!
Each cooking workshop will present a menu of typical food from a foreign country. Besides being very healthy and scrumptious you will notice most foreign cuisine is quite economical to make (some of the dishes come in under $2/person).
Check the list of classes to find vegetarian dishes, meals that call for the kids to take part or use ingredients you've always been curious about. Then for the best fun we will give you the scoop on how to host a gathering of friends and family for cultural fun in your own home. Be the savvy international host/hostess with our party ideas for decorations, games, cocktails and movies. Your get-together will be all the talk for the rest of the summer! Shake, move and twirl Latin-style! Taught by Milena, the queen of Colombian Cool. Ohh man, this is exercise, it’s fun, it’s language, it’s culture. It’s a great warm-up for the weekend and you’ve never, ever had so much fun!
